The pandemic caused by COVID-19 has changed many of our habits. The health and health sector has been completely changed and, now, work has also undergone numerous changes that have meant that workers have had to adapt to a new normality that has not been seen until now.

During the confinement imposed by the Government in March 2020, more than 3 million people experienced teleworking firsthand. The working days coexisted with family time and children running and playing around the house while you had to concentrate so that your productivity would not suffer when working from home.

Many of those who began telecommuting with confinement, even today, continue to practice the home office likes standing desks, after having become accustomed to this new way of working. Some people have managed to handle this new situation perfectly, although it is true that other teleworkers have had to learn to concentrate and relax to cope with this situation.
